The development consortium, comprising Irongate, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Built, is transforming the 122-year-old former woolshed site into a vibrant new village that blends office and retail.
Stage 1 will comprise 17,300sqm of A-Grade office space with leading ESG credentials targeting 5.5 Star NABERS Office Energy (Base Building), 4.5 Star NABERS Water, 6 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3, WELL Core Platinum v2, as well as being fully carbon neutral.
Future Stages 2 and 3 will comprise an additional 30,000sqm+ of mixed use space.
